Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description

Answer all incoming calls according to company policies with exceptional telephone skills.

Greet customers professionally and enthusiastically according to the GREETING PROCEDURE to assist every guest.

Assist the service staff in contacting customers to perform follow-ups
-
Take written messages from occupied personnel and notify them regarding pending messages as soon as possible.

Monitor and maintain front office inventory, ensuring supplies are fully stocked.

Schedule and confirm client appointments, coordinate provider calendars, and manage online booking systems
Job Requirements

Must be customer service oriented.

Must pass a background check

Strong computer skills.

Prior experience in customer service or administrative support roles is highly valued.

Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Must conduct oneself in a professional manner.

Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task, and capacity to manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.

Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond

Employment Type- Monday-Friday, Weekends, and Holidays
Pay Rate: $20.00/HR
Pay-Rate Ranges $16.90/HR-$85.00/HR
