Job Description

  • Execute high-quality bathroom renovations, construction, flooring installation, drywall work, carpentry tasks, and painting.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and suppliers to achieve desired aesthetic and functional outcomes.
  • Apply paint and finishes to surfaces, ensuring a high standard of workmanship.
  • Perform drywall installation and finishing, addressing any imperfections for a smooth final surface.
  • Contribute creative solutions to enhance the overall design and functionality of each project.
  • Install various types of flooring materials with precision and attention to detail.
  • Execute carpentry tasks, such as framing, trim work, and custom woodworking.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Pay meticulous attention to details, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Contractor with expertise in bathroom remodeling, construction, flooring, drywall, carpentry, and painting.
  • Strong project management skills, multitasking, and prioritization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Familiarity with job locations in La Jolla, Encinitas, and Carlsbad.

Additional Information

Pay-Rate Ranges $17.00/HR-$85.00/HR

Employment Type - Monday - Friday (Weekends if needed)
