Perform minor wood repairs, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs

Repair lighting fixtures and bulbs as needed

Repair, replace,and paint, wood railings, steps gutters, carports, and exterior stucco

Clean and stock pool bathrooms, clubhouse, and maintain common areas amenities. 

Pressure wash and blow debris from walkways, decks, and common areas

Maintain pet stations and trash/ recycling areas

Clean and organize maintenance storage areas

Inspect HOA common area property daily and report issues.

Maintain asphalt parking markings

Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions

Physical stamina to handle an active M-F, daily, eight hour shift.

Valid drivers license 

Proficient with the use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment 

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Ability to follow instructions

Work efficiently 

Bilingual is a MUST (English/Spanish)

Problem solving skills with ability to diagnose and repair issues

Strong problem solvers 

Knowledge of OSHA regulations 

Good customer service 

Ability to stand for long, bend, and reach
