HR Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle and ensuring that people, culture, and organizational goals stay aligned with company values. They manage everything from hiring and training to compliance, employee relations, and long term workforce planning.
- Liaise between departments or other groups to improve function or communication.
- Analyze data to inform personnel decisions
- Negotiate labor disputes
- Maintain personnel records.
- Communicate organizational policies and procedures
- Maintain knowledge of current developments in area of expertise.
- Coordinate special events or programs.
- Negotiate sales or lease agreements for products or services.
- Perform human resources activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in management or Admin required

PAY RATE $40 an hour
PAY range $16.90- $85.00
