Job Description
- Employee records: Compiling and maintaining personnel records, such as addresses, earnings, absences, and termination dates
- Recruitment: Reading resumes, choosing candidates for interviews, and providing new staff with contracts and identity verification
- Employee relations: Interacting with employees and management on issues such as work decisions, complaints, and conflict resolution
- Benefits administration: Helping employees enroll in benefits and answering related questions
- Training: Scheduling training sessions, maintaining training records, and assisting with logistics
- Employee recognition: Planning events such as holiday parties or annual away days to recognize employees
- Administrative tasks: Handling paperwork, posting job vacancies, and calling references
Job Requirements
- HRAs need to be able to communicate well verbally and in writing with people at all levels of the organization, including HR managers, recruiters, and employees
- HRAs need to be able to understand the needs of their team and work well with people from different backgrounds
- HRAs need to be organized and detail-oriented, and be able to manage their time well
- HRAs should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, as well as payroll management and human resource information system (HRIS) applications
- HRAs should be familiar with state and federal labor laws and be willing to keep up with any changes
- HRAs should be able to implement successful initiatives, save costs, and recruit effectively
- Must have prior HRA background/experience

Pay rate: $19.00/Hour +
Pay range: $18.00-$85 (We are required by law to list highest paid employee)
Location: Ontario, Pomona, Chino , and Rancho Cucamonga
Job type: Part time (as needed basis)
