We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as HVAC Maintenance Technicians. This entry-level position is designed to provide hands-on training and mentorship, equipping you with the skills needed to excel in the HVAC industry. You will work alongside experienced technicians, learning the ins and outs of HVAC customer service, sales, maintenance and service.

Responsibilities

• Install new HVAC systems and components according to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment using tools such as an ohmmeter.
• Repair or replace defective parts and components in HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to understand system layouts.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system performance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
• Collaborate with other technicians and field service teams to complete projects efficiently.

• Proficiency in using tools such as ohmmeters for diagnostics.
• Experience as a service technician in the HVAC field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills with the ability to perform appliance repair tasks.
• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Ability to weld and plumb as needed for system installations or repairs.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to HVAC work.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
