Job Description

  • Light electrician task, change bulb lights, installing smoke alarms

  • Maintenance  routine, such as cleaning facilities, gutters, pavement, and other exterior surfaces 

  •  Follow workplace health and safety rules and report all known or observed hazards to their supervisor or manage

  • Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other building parts.

  • Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.

Job Requirements

  • Physical strength and stamina, ability to lift 20 pounds or more. 

  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role.

  • Solid experience with plumbing and electrical systems.

  • Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment. 

  • Must be 18 or older

  • Good communication and customer service skills

Additional Information

Employment Type - Monday - Friday. Weekends included 

Pay Rate-$17.00/HR

Pay-Rate Ranges $17.00/HR-$18.00/HR
