We are seeking an experienced and dependable Hotel Maintenance to ensure the proper operation, safety, and appearance of hotel facilities. This role is essential to providing guests with a comfortable and well-maintained environment.  

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders

• Inspect rooms and common areas for safety or maintenance issues

• Maintain pools, laundry equipment, and mechanical systems

• Replace light fixtures, locks, fixtures, and appliances

• Keep maintenance logs and follow preventive maintenance schedules

• Comply with safety and hotel standards

• 2+ years of hotel or building maintenance experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

• Ability to use hand and power tools

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
