Job Description
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure all work is completed according to specifications
- Utilize construction management software, including Procore and Bluebeam, for project tracking and documentation
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues that arise
- communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients to ensure project alignment
- Train new employees on safety protocols and operational procedures
- monitor project budgets and timelines , making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
Job Requirements
- Construction management and understanding OSHA safety regulations
- proven experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry
- ability in budgeting and managing projects
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, manage conflicts
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with team members and clients
- Have a valid Driver license
- Open availability to work on call
- Must have experience supervisor at least 3 years

Pay Rate: $30.00/HR
