Journeyman Finish Carpenter / Installer

Job Description

  •  Install interior and exterior doors (frames, hardware, adjustments)
  •  Install cabinets, casework, and millwork with precision
  •  Perform misc. finish carpentry (trim, blocking, punch-list work)
  •  Hang drywall and assist with basic drywall-related tasks when required
  •  Read and interpret plans, layouts, and field dimensions
  •  Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  •  Work collaboratively with superintendents and other trades
  •  Represent Premium West professionally on active job sites

Job Requirements

  • Journeyman-level experience in finish carpentry
  • MUST have own tools appropriate for finish carpentry and installation work
  • Proven experience with:
  •  Door hanging & hardware installation
  • Cabinet and casework installation
  • Miscellaneous finish work
  •  Ability to hang drywall (finishing experience a plus, but not required)
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  •  Reliable transportation
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  •  OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Additional Information

Employment Type- Monday - Friday. Some Saturday's

Pay Rate-$35.00-$45.00HR

Pay-Rate Ranges $17.75/HR-$85.00/HR
