We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Label Production Associate to join our production team. This position is responsible for producing, inspecting, organizing, and preparing labels for customer orders while maintaining quality standards and production efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and print labels according to customer specifications and production schedules.
• Operate label printing, cutting, and finishing equipment.
• Inspect labels for print quality, color accuracy, alignment, and defects.
• Package and prepare completed orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and inventory counts.
• Follow quality control procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely order completion.

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in printing, manufacturing, packaging, or production.
• Experience operating production or printing equipment.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and inventory management.
