Job Description
We are looking for a labor technician to pack boxes, inventory, and wrap the furniture according to company standards.
Could you allocate boxes and furniture as required by the overarching scope? The technician must project an approachable and professional demeanor.Responsibilities:
Technicians are responsible for transporting customer household goods from the customer's location to the warehouse during the cleaning and restoration of contents damaged by water, fire, smoke, and mold. Technicians must provide exceptional customer service and support their team as needed in packing and loading. They must also pay attention to detail and be knowledgeable of proper packaging, loading, and unloading processes.
Job Requirements
- Open to applicants under 18 years old, provided it is legally allowed for the job and location
- Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED
- A “Fair Chance” job (you or the employer follow Fair Chance hiring practices when performing background checks)
- A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more
- A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
