We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Lighting Installation Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will generate new business, meet with residential and commercial clients, assess lighting needs, prepare proposals, and sell professional lighting installation services. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for sales, customer service, and helping clients enhance their properties through innovative lighting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through referrals, networking, marketing campaigns, and prospecting.
• Meet with homeowners, business owners, property managers, and contractors to discuss lighting installation projects.
• Conduct on-site consultations and evaluate customer needs.
• Present and recommend customized lighting solutions, including landscape lighting, security lighting, architectural lighting, LED upgrades, smart lighting, and permanent holiday lighting.
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and sales agreements.
• Follow up with prospective customers and close sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure projects are completed according to customer expectations.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed on lighting products, industry trends, and energy-efficient technologies.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills and CRM experience.

Preferred

• Experience in lighting, electrical, construction, landscaping, roofing, home improvement, or related industries.
• Experience with in-home sales consultations.
• Knowledge of outdoor, landscape, security, or decorative lighting systems.
• Familiarity with estimating and project management processes.
