We are currently seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our warehouse team as a Lumper. In this temporary/seasonal role, you will be crucial to our daily operations, ensuring general merchandise is moved safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is highly comfortable with the physical demands of active warehouse work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load and unload general merchandise from trucks and shipping containers.

• Efficiently build, palletize, and securely shrink-wrap pallets for storage or transit.

• Maintain a steady, efficient pace to meet daily operational goals.

• Organize freight and keep the work area clean and free of hazards.

• Physical Ability: Must be able to consistently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Stamina: This role requires repetitive lifting, bending, stooping, and standing for long periods.

• Work Environment: Must be comfortable and productive working in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.

• Flexibility: Variable schedule availability is required to accommodate either 1st or 2nd shifts.
