Job Description
- Replaces electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
- Uses plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings.
- Repairs or replaces sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
- Paints structures and equipment.
- Repairs or replaces concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks.
- Replace damaged paneling and floor tiles.
- Hangs doors, installs door locks, and replaces broken window panes.
- Performs general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Other Duties Assigned
Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs., squat, bend, stoop, and kneel for short periods, climb a ladder, stand for long periods, and constant arm extensions.
- Occasional exposure to heat, cold, noise, dust, and dirt.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 Lb
- Must be able to follow procedures and meet production quality and safety standards
Additional Information
Employment Type - Monday through Friday/sometimes weekends
Pay Rate -$18.50HR
Pay-Rate Ranges $16.50HR-$85.00/HR
