Job Description

 We are seeking a dependable and experienced Houseman / Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in hotel maintenance and support services, with a focus on keeping the property clean, safe, and in excellent working condition.  

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
  • Bilingual.
  • Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
  • Assist with housekeeping needs including moving supplies, setting up rooms, and maintaining cleanliness in public areas.
  • Maintain exterior areas such as parking lots, walkways, and landscaping.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance service calls and work orders.
  • Assist in inspections and upkeep of building systems.
  • Ensure all safety procedures and property standards are followed.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel or facility maintenance required.
  • Working knowledge of basic repair techniques (electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Pay Rate: Starting $19.00/HR
Pay-Rate Ranges: $19.00/HR- $85.00/HR
