We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pool Cleaner to maintain clean, safe, and inviting swimming environments for residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, physically capable, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

 Duties Include:

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Skim pool surfaces, vacuum debris, brush walls, and empty baskets.
  
  

• Water Chemistry: Test and balance pH, chlorine, and other chemical levels as needed.
  
  

• Chemical Handling: Safely add and store pool chemicals according to guidelines.
  
  

• Equipment Checks: Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, and other pool equipment for proper function.
  
  

• Reporting: Record all maintenance tasks, chemical readings, and services performed at each site.
  
  

• Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with property owners or managers as needed.
  
  

• Safety Compliance: Follow company safety protocols and use proper PPE at all times.
  
  

• Travel: Drive between job sites in company or personal vehicle (mileage may be reimbursed if applicable).

• Experience: Prior pool maintenance experience is preferred but not required – training provided.
  
  

• Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  
  

• Physical Readiness: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks outdoors.
  
  

• Reliability: Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
  

• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and willingness to work in hot, cold, or rainy conditions.
  
  

• Communication: Basic record-keeping and good communication skills for client interactions.
