We are seeking a dependable Maintenance / Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility. This role combines general cleaning duties with basic maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping spaces in top condition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom sanitation)
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, offices, and workspaces
• Conduct routine inspections of the facility for maintenance issues
• Perform minor repairs (light plumbing, changing bulbs, basic fixes)
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Set up and break down spaces for events or operations as needed

• Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to use cleaning equipment and basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
