- Cleaning, polishing floors, and maintaining landscaping.
- Identifying the root cause of issues and determining the necessary repairs.
- Collaborating with contractors and other tradespeople on larger projects.
- Ensuring adequate inventory for repairs and maintenance tasks.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a maintenance worker or in a related field is highly valued.
- Reliable transportation.
- English/Spanish required.
