We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Worker to support daily facility upkeep and repairs. This position is responsible for ensuring equipment, work areas, and building systems operate safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks (basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry).

• Inspect and repair equipment, tools, and machinery as needed.

• Assist with installations, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs.

• Maintain clean and safe work areas.

• Complete work orders and report any hazards or equipment failures.

• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.

• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and building systems.

• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
