Maintenance Worker

Job Description

We are currently looking for a maintenance person who can help out in a retirement community for the holidays and weekends. Candidates must be able to do the following:

  • Able to do light painting and touch up work on walls
  • Performing preventative maintenance.
  • Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
  • Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
 

 

Job Requirements

  • Able to use basic hand tools and power tools like drills and screwdrivers
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Bilingual is preferred but not required. 
  • Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.

Additional Information

Pay Rate Ranges:   $17.50-$85
