Are you an experienced embroidery operator with apparel industry experience? If so, we want to meet you! Embroidery company looking for qualified candidates to help in our embroidery department. The responsibility of this position is managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence. The right person for this position will have at least 2 years of professional embroidery experience in the apparel industry. This person will have an eye for detail and value contributing to a culture of accuracy.

Duties include:

• Embroidery, hooping, thread changes, and running the machine
• Track and prepare supplies for upcoming orders
• Time and track all tasks
• Read and understand work orders
• Continue to research sewing and embroidery to improve our quality, efficiencies, skill, and overall knowledge

• 2 years of professional embroidery experience is mandatory
• 6 months of embroidery operator experience is mandatory
• Reliable form of transportation
• Lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Regularly stand for long periods of time while reaching with hands and arms
• Specific vision abilities include sharp vision, focus, depth perception, and the ability to identify colors.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend complex written or oral instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
• Experience in Industrial Embroidery Machines.
