Job Description
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Associates to join our countertop production team in Newbury Park. This position involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing high-quality countertops. Candidates should be comfortable working with tools, machinery, and materials such as laminate, wood, or stone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of countertops
- Measure, cut, shape, and finish materials according to specifications
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely
- Sand, polish, and inspect finished products for quality
- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Job Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or construction experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (overtime as needed)
