We are seeking reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Warehouse Associates to join our team at a paint brush manufacturing facility. This role supports production and warehouse operations, including assembling paint brushes, handling materials, maintaining inventory, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Assist in the production and assembly of paint brushes and related products

• Prepare raw materials and components for manufacturing processes

• Package finished goods and label products accurately for shipment

• Load, unload, and organize inventory within the warehouse

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company safety standards

• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues

• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks as needed

• Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand tools, etc.)

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in production, assembly, or warehouse environments

• Familiarity with inventory or shipping processes

• Basic mechanical or hand tool experience

Physical Requirements

• Repetitive hand motions and manual dexterity

• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

• Ability to work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
