We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder with a strong background in outer shell welding to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, maintains high-quality standards, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MIG welding on outer shells, frames, and fabricated components

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols

• Measure, cut, and prepare materials before welding

• Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with specifications

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Work collaboratively with fabrication and production teams

Requirements:

• 2+ years of MIG welding experience (outer shell welding highly preferred)

• Ability to weld clean, aesthetically consistent outer shell welds

• Familiarity with shop tools, grinders, clamps, and measuring devices

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Welding certifications a plus but not required
