We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Assistant. 

Responsibilities:    - Provide excellent customer service in person, via email, and phone  - Greet and assist customers with purchases  - Answer phones, take orders, and create detailed invoices  - Develop product knowledge to assist customers  - Manage mail, filing, and office supplies  - Complete inventory and assist with purchase orders  - Maintain real-time information on order and task management boards  - Assist with payment collection and other tasks as requested (e.g., photo management, social media, event planning)

Required Knowledge and Skills:    - Basic computer skills and ability to learn new programs  - Highly detailed with basic math measurement knowledge    Personal Qualities:    - Helpful, friendly, and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment  - Reliable, punctual, and effective communicator  - Highly organized and able to multi-task  - Ability to follow protocols and accept feedback
