Office Assistant

Job Description
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
- Maintaining files
- Welcoming visitors into the front office
- Answering phone calls
- Taking and delivering messages
- Managing accounts payable/receivable
Job Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience working with office machinery like copiers, phones systems, computers
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Attention to detail
- High level of organization
- Bilingual

Pay rate: $16.00 – $89 / Hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30am-4pm
