Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with data entry and bookkeeping tasks
- Provide administrative support to staff members
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an office environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information
Working Hours: · Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
