Pay: $18.00 – $21.00/hr + Commission / Business Allowance

About the Role

[Company Name] is looking for a goal-driven Customer Service & Outside Sales Representative. In this hybrid role, you’ll split your time between delivering exceptional service to current clients and reaching out to local businesses to win new staffing accounts.

What You’ll Do

• Customer Service (60%):

  • Act as the main contact for existing client accounts and job orders.

  • Work closely with recruiters to place, onboard, and dispatch field staff.

  • Resolve daily client issues quickly and professionally.

• Outside Sales (40%):

  • Conduct local business drop-ins, cold calls, and networking to generate new leads.

  • Present staffing solutions to hiring managers and business owners.

  • Follow up on leads and negotiate service agreements to expand your territory.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or staffing/recruitment.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client visits.

• Self-motivated mindset with a focus on delivering great service and closing deals.
