Job Description

  • Follow precise color formulas and instructions to prepare paint batches
  • Measure and mix paint ingredients, such as pigments, resins, and solvents, using appropriate tools and equipment
  • Adjust color mixtures as necessary to achieve desired shades and consistency
  • Maintain inventory of raw materials and ensure adequate stock levels
  • Clean and maintain paint mixing equipment and work area

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Paint Mixer or in a similar role is preferred
  • Solid understanding of paint mixing techniques, color theory, and pigment properties
  • Ability to read and interpret color formulas and measurements accurately
  • Proficient in using paint mixing equipment, tools, and measuring instruments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely

Additional Information

Monday - Friday, with Weekend Availability

Pay Rate Ranges: $16.30 per hour to $85.00 per hour
