Part-Time Receptionist | 1st Shift
Job Description
Job Summary: Responsible for greeting visitors, handling phone calls, managing office correspondence, and providing general administrative support to ensure a smooth and professional front desk experience while assisting other departments as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure all visitors sign in and are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the relevant team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Communication Management:
- Respond to emails, inquiries, and requests promptly and courteously.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Communicate important messages to relevant staff members in a timely manner.
- Administrative Support:
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members and manage meeting room reservations.
- Assist with basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder when necessary.
- Record Keeping & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and office records.
- Assist with maintaining employee directories, office policies, or other documentation as needed.
- Security & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with office security protocols (visitor badges, access control systems).
- Report any security issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate departments.
- Additional Duties:
- Special projects as requested.
- Provide administrative support to other departments when needed.
Job Requirements
Skills/Qualifications:
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organized and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Professional demeanor with focus on customer service.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred

Additional Information
Pay Range: $17.00-$85.00
