Job Responsibilities:  

·         Report to work on time and as scheduled.

·         Must work well with Butter Cream and Pastry Pride and have excellent piping skills.

·         Ability to operate food processors, mixers, and baking equipment safely and properly.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment, paying attention to quality and detail.

·         Ability to multitask and strong time management skills.

·         Ability to maintain the highest levels of food quality, food safety, and consistency.

·         Must be organized and maintain a clean working environment.

·         Carry a friendly, energetic, personable demeanor and have a passion for great customer service with a SMILE.

·         You must have advanced dexterity with piping bags, spatulas, turntables, and airbrushes to execute elegant borders, rosettes, and handwriting.

·         Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and squat for the duration of long shifts in hot, bustling kitchens.

·         Comfort operating near hot ovens and working in chilled walk-in refrigerators or refrigerated dessert prep rooms.

·         Superior wrist, hand, and finger dexterity for intricate decorating, piping dollops, and handling delicate pastry tools.

·         Safely lift and carry 25 to 50 lbs. bulk flour bags, heavy mixing bowls, and icing buckets.
