Job Description

  • Engage with the public: Approach individuals in public spaces, such as shopping centers, parks, and events, to discuss the purpose and importance of the petition. Clearly and persuasively communicate the goals and objectives of the campaign to encourage individuals to sign.
  • Collect petition signatures: Utilize various techniques to collect signatures from interested individuals. Maintain accurate records of the collected signatures, ensuring they are valid and meet the necessary requirements set forth by local regulations.
  • Maintain a positive and professional image: Represent our organization in a courteous and professional manner at all times. Answer questions and provide information to individuals in a knowledgeable and helpful manner.

Job Requirements

 

  •  Educate the public: Inform individuals about the issues addressed by the petition, providing relevant facts, statistics, and background information to create awareness and understanding.
  •  Outreach and networking: Collaborate with local organizations, community groups, and other relevant stakeholders to expand the reach and impact of the petition campaign. Attend events, meetings, and gatherings to engage with potential supporters and increase signature collection efforts.
  • Adhere to legal and ethical standards: Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations governing petition signature collection. Maintain confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information related to the campaign.

Additional Information

Pay Rate: $20.00

Pay Range: $15-$85
