Accurately pick orders from inventory based on packing slips or RF scanners

Pack products securely and prepare them for shipment

Print and apply shipping labels using carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)

Verify accuracy of orders before shipment

Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing and shipping areas

Assist with loading/unloading trucks when needed

Monitor and report low inventory or damaged products

Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures

Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing

Basic math and computer skills (scanners, inventory systems, shipping software)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Reliability and consistent attendance
