Job Description

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against purchase orders or invoices
  • Inspect packages for damage and report any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate parties
  • Sort and distribute incoming packages to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Prepare outgoing shipments by packing items securely, labeling packages, and arranging for carrier pick-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation, cycle counting, and replenishment
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely shipping

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving role preferred
  • Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and procedures
  • Proficient in picking, packing, and shipping/receiving procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good communication skills to interact with team members, vendors, and carriers

Employment Type - Monday - Friday
Pay Rate-$17.00/Hr
Pay-Rate Ranges $17.00/HR-$85.00/HR
