Job Description
- Make pizza dough, chop vegetables, slice meats, and prepare fresh sauces according to standardized recipes..
- Stretch and toss dough, assemble toppings, and expertly bake pizzas in wood-fire, gas, or electric ovens.
- Maintain a clean workspace, sterilize utensils, and strictly adhere to local health and food safety regulations.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Perform repetitive hand motions
- Knowledge of dough proofing, temperature control, and proper food-handling procedures.
- Capacity to multitask and maintain product consistency under pressure.

Pay Range: $16.90 - $85.00

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 3:30 to 9:30, and Friday and Saturday, 3:30 to 12:00
