We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plaster Mold Technician to join our production team creating high-quality latex mascot masks. This position is responsible for producing, repairing, and maintaining plaster molds used in the mask manufacturing process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build, prepare, and repair plaster molds for latex mascot masks
• Follow mold-making specifications and production schedules
• Clean, maintain, and organize molds and work areas
• Inspect molds for quality and accuracy before production use
• Assist with mold modifications and improvements as needed
• Handle materials safely and follow all workplace safety procedures
• Work closely with production and fabrication teams to meet deadlines

• Previous experience with plaster mold making, sculpting, casting, or related manufacturing work preferred
• Ability to work with hand tools and mold-making materials
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to read and follow instructions and specifications
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Experience in mask, prop, special effects, or costume production is a plus
