We are looking for a pool professional, customer-focused that can provide pool service, maintenance, repairs, and installations for residential and commercial clients. We prioritize safety, reliability, and excellent customer service. As a Pool Technician you will deliver routine pool maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform water testing and chemical balancing, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure clean, safe pools.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pool maintenance: skimming, vacuuming, brushing, filter cleaning, and back washing
• Test and balance pool water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, calcium hardness) and add chemicals safely
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair pool equipment (pumps, heaters, filters, automatic systems)
• Install and replace pool equipment and parts as needed
• Maintain accurate service logs, inventory, and work orders using mobile app or paper forms
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and educate clients on pool care
• Follow safety protocols, maintain clean company vehicle and tools, and comply with local regulations

• Prior pool service or maintenance experience preferred (1+ year desirable)
• Knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment operation
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills; HVAC or electrical experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation required
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in varied weather, and climb ladders
• Good communication and customer service skills
