Job Description
- Remove all construction debris, trash, and materials from the site.
- Thoroughly cleaning and removing dust, dirt, and construction residue from all surfaces, including floors, walls, ceilings, windows, and fixtures.
- Cleaning and polishing various surfaces, including floors, walls, windows, doors, and fixtures.
- Cleaning and maintaining ventilation systems, including vents and ducts, to ensure proper airflow and air quality
- Adhering to safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Cleaning and polishing light fixtures, ceiling fans, and other hardware to ensure they are free from dust and residue.
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to remove dirt, dust, and debris.
- Properly disposing of all construction waste and trash per local regulations.
- Ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and that the space is ready for occupancy.
Job Requirements
- Be punctual and reliable, as restoration work often involves tight deadlines and unexpected situations.
- Post-construction cleaning can be physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects.
- Thoroughness and attention to detail are essential for ensuring all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
- A strong understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards is important for ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
- Post-construction cleaning often involves working as part of a team, requiring communicating effectively and cooperating with others.
- Following safety protocols on construction sites, including proper personal protective equipment (PPE) use.
- Must be 18 or older.
