Product Technician
Job Description

Customer support: Help clients with product questions and basic troubleshooting

Tech documentation: Assist in updating manuals and user guides

Phone & email communication: Answer inquiries clearly and professionally

Filing and data entry: Keep records organized and updated

Problem-solving: Think quickly and offer helpful solutions
Job Requirements

Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel)

Good written and verbal communication

Customer service experience preferred

Detail-oriented and organized

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Additional Information
PAY RATE: $23.00
PAY RANGE: $15-$85
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
