We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Production & Packaging Operator to join our cosmetics manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for blending, filling, labeling, and packaging cosmetic products such as creams, lotions, serums, and makeup items. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, a strong sense of cleanliness and organization, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Manufacturing

• Operate mixing, blending, and filling machines for the production of skincare, beauty, and cosmetic products.

• Follow batch formulas, work instructions, and safety protocols to ensure accurate and consistent product quality.

• Measure, weigh, and prepare raw ingredients according to specified recipes.

Packaging & Filling

• Operate semi-automatic and/or manual filling equipment to fill products into bottles, jars, tubes, or compacts.

• Label, cap, and seal containers to meet company and regulatory standards.

• Assemble kits or product sets as needed.

Quality Control

• Inspect products and packaging for accuracy, leaks, proper fill levels, and cosmetic appearance.

• Remove defective products and report inconsistencies to supervisors or quality control.

• Ensure compliance with cosmetic GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and hygiene standards.

Sanitation & Safety

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.

• Perform cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and tools between batches or product changeovers.

• Follow all safety, hygiene, and PPE requirements in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

Inventory & Material Handling

• Track and record material usage, batch numbers, and production counts.

• Assist with restocking raw materials and packaging components as neeed.

Team Collaboration

• Work efficiently with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

• Communicate issues or suggestions to improve workflow or safety.

• Experience: Prior experience in cosmetics, personal care, or pharmaceutical production/packaging preferred but not required.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow formulas and instructions accurately and ensure clean, precise packaging.

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

• Cleanliness: High standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness in a controlled environment.

• Communication: Able to work well in a team and follow verbal and written instructions.

• Organization: Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced production setting with changing product lines.
