We are seeking a compassionate and organized Program Assistant to support the daily operation of our client  in a women's shelter. The candidate will provide administrative assistance,  support program services, and help create a safe environment for the residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support , including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records
• Assist program staff with daily operations, including intake, orientation, and case management
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to shelter policies and procedures  
•  Complete Intakes
• Administer drug test
• Conduct bed inspections
• Complete incident report
• Complete end of the shift reports

• Experience working with women and/or vulnerable populations is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Pass live scan
• Bilingual English and Spanish
