Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Project Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operations in a packaging shop. This role involves working closely with our Project Managers to ensure projects run smoothly, from tracking progress and conducting quality checks to organizing materials.
Job Description:
- Help manage daily production jobs
- Update project trackers and communicate with producers
- Support inventory counts and material movement, including creating shipping labels and managing pack-outs
- Assist with quality checks and pre-production samples
- Maintain accurate files, samples, and Google Sheets
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a project-based role
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and experienced with pack-outs
- Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to assist wherever needed
Additional Information
Pay rate: $20 hour
Location: Van Nuys, CA
Schedule: 11:00am – 7:00pm
