•  Maintain and build relationships with pool builders and clients

• Responsible for the entire life cycle of all jobs in your territory, this could be up to 25 at one time  

• Daily on-site visits, constant communication with the client, subcontractors, crews, and management.

• Manage up to 16 crews led by a foreman on each crew, this includes aspects of recruiting, retention, and termination

• Review warranty and client complaints and maintain high levels of client satisfaction..

• Manage raw materials ( Cement, sand, pebble, and others) by maintaining stock levels and working with project coordinators to anticipate future material demands 

• Minimum 3 years experience in Project Management, preferable in the construction field.

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a major plus

• Excellent communication skills

• Spanish is required
