Job Description
As we expand into Los Angeles, we are committed to assisting with the current massive fire damage recovery efforts in the region. We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Project Supervisor with experience in handling large-scale fire damage losses. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact during this critical time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale fire damage reconstruction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and address issues proactively of damage inspections.
- Documenting the extent of damage with photos and details.
- Removing damaged materials, performing necessary structural repairs, water extraction and drying, cleaning and sanitizing affected areas, and replacing damaged elements like walls and flooring, all while aiming to restore the property to its pre-damage condition.
- Develop and execute project plans to address the current massive fire damage in Los Angeles effectively.
Job Requirements
- Provide empathetic and professional communication to clients affected by the recent fire damage crisis.
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction through transparency and reliability.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Driver’s License: Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
