QA Inspector

Job Description

  • Execute the purchase inspection based on the documented work instruction, as well as any documented corrective action through a QA alert, single-point lesson, or quality criteria established by the plant.
  • Record the inspection results on a digital platform (or physically as an alternative case).
  • Generate rejection of the unit’s reception to the plant when there are findings that affect the vehicle’s operation
  • Validate that the unit’s VIN number corresponds to the documents
  • CTPAT review in cabin interiors.
  • Validate the presence of loose components specified by the plant.
  • Generate the entry units’ report.
  • Transfer damaged vehicles to the repair zone.
  • Audit and monitoring of the location of units in layout.

Job Requirements

  • Education: completed high school
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge: knowledge of standardized work instructions, inspections by attributes, acceptance criteria.
  • Languages: basic English
  • Working conditions: within the client’s facilities.

Additional Information

Pay Range: $17 per hour to $85.00 per hour
