Receptionist/ Front Desk

- Prepare various spreadsheets and reports
- Data entry
- Answer phones lines
- Send emails
- Perform other clerical work
Experience: One (1) year of experience performing general clerical duties.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to independently analyze and investigate issues.
- Knowledge in MS Office: Access, Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with quickbooks (not required but it is a plus!)
Pay Range range: $15.00- $85.00 per hour
Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM -Monday through Friday
