Responsibilities include the following
  • Prepare various spreadsheets and reports 
  • Data entry
  • Answer phones lines 
  • Send emails 
  • Perform other clerical work 

Job Requirements

Experience: One (1) year of experience performing general clerical duties.  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to independently analyze and investigate issues.
  • Knowledge in MS Office: Access, Excel and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with quickbooks (not required but it is a plus!) 

Additional Information

Pay Range range: $15.00- $85.00 per hour

Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM -Monday through Friday
