ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare various spreadsheets and reports
- Data entry
- Answer phones lines
- Sending professional emails
- Working hand in hand with customers any employees
Experience: One (1) year of experience performing general clerical duties.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to independently analyze and investigate issues.
- Knowledge in MS Office: Access, Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with quickbooks (not required but it is a plus!)
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Covid Vaccinated
- Driver’s license and insurance
This is an internal position, starting pay is $17/hr., with opportunity for advancement.
Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM -Monday through Friday
Pay Range: $15-$85
