Job Description
- Clean, deodorize, and sanitize contents using specific cleaning products
- Extensive dusting of all surfaces including furniture, light fixtures, windowsills, and trim
- Cleaning both sides of all windows to remove dirt and grime, power-washing
- Vacuuming carpets and mopping all hard surface floors
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing
- Using appropriate cleaning solutions depending on material and surfaces
- Efficiently removing dirt, dust, and debris
- Disposing of any debris or trash
- Inspect and report any signs of damage
- Ensure proper handle handle of fragile, high-value, or sentimental items
Job Requirements
- Attention to detail and precision
- Experience working in all types of weather and environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products
- Experience in cleaning is a PLUS
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver License
